Under Rocky's guidance, the company has progressed to handle larger production demands and has invested heavily in providing the largest electroplating tanks in South Australia. These tanks give Cromatec the ability to handle large component work which previously needed to be sent interstate.

Whilst the company has grown Rocky was steadfast in ensuring the quality of the product and that the processes underwent continuous improvements as well.

Cromatec was one of the first companies in Australia to reach the TS 16949 Certification.
