Some General Information

You do not require a referral from your doctor to attend the podiatrist. If you are covered by the Extra's in Health Benefits you can make a claim against your fund. Depending on your level of insurance will depend on your refund amount.

All of our practices are Medibank Private Preferred locations. We have a negotiated fee with Medibank Private that enables the fund holder to pay the gap at the time of consultation and we invoice the fund directly. On certain procedures Refund Cheque is accepted as full payment.

As a Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card holder for your initial consultation you must attend your doctor first and obtain a D904 referral form. At the time of your consultation your referral and card must be presented and our support staff will do all the appropriate paper work with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
